We bought a property (our 5th home purchase) and this was the most difficult seller we have ever dealt with. If not for April advocating for us while we were still living in Maryland, the sale would not have gone through. She was excellent, and always there with our best interests in mind. We only gave her 4 stars for process expertise, however, any time she wasn't instantly certain of an answer, she was very quick to consult with senior colleagues in order to provide a very accurate answer. We highly recommend April for all real estate needs.
